My previous store was also suspended couple of weeks ago, then i created this one. could that be the reason for suspension. I read this in another thread:
Quote: | You canNOT open a store if one of your stores is suspended. |
Could that be the reason??? |

You have to contact eCrater directly and find out what cause the suspension.
Fix the problem and contact eCrater again so that they can review your store. If you did everything correctly.
Your store will be back to business again. |

You can not get around a store suspension by creating another store. You need to fix the first suspension. What did you do to see what you were doing wrong? Did you follow all the ecrater rules when setting up your store? Get those things looked at and handled first prior to contacting ecrater as there is no point bothering them if you haven't done your part. |

One thing I did notice on your site is you state your physical address is in MO yet you state you collect CA sales tax not MO. Something isn't right there. |

I'm assuming you are using a drop-shipper from your terms. Those terms are the ones you abide by, not the ones your buyers have to abide by. If OP lives in MO but drop shipper is in California that would probably explain the tax situation.
I know nothing about drop shipping but perhaps you have to prove to eCRATER that you are an approved distributor. |
