| I can't find any info on what I need to do to get my ebay items listed. I have over 1000 and I'm sure some might not be compatible because of variations, etc. But many should have been fine. So does anyone know what i do now? |

I don't know what you mean by variations.
Is your inventory allowable on eCRATER? Check the terms and conditions. |

| I can't see anything about my listings that is not allowed. By variations I mean different colors of the same product that ecrater may not support. But most are just straight up listings. It just says my import failed and doesn't say why. |

I've never done a bulk upload here. When I moved, it didn't exist and I had to do it all manually. I notice you don't have anything filled in in your store. I don't know if that has anything to do with it or not.
I suggest you contact eCRATER admin. |

On eCRATER's home page, http://www.ecrater.com/ , on the lower right there are several links. Just click on the contact link to send a message or request to the ecrater team. It may take a day or 2 for them to return your message because the team is small, but they will return your message.
Since you didn't see the link to contact eCRATER, you may not have noticed the link to the Terms also. Be sure to review the Terms of Service for the site if you haven't read them. There's a lot you can do in your store while waiting for your products; you need to complete the text pages, logo banner and home page photo in your store. |
