Hi
In the past, whenever I received a Paypal order without a payment, I just asked the buyer to click the Pay now url in the order email sent by ecrater to make payment. This url is no longer included in the order email, so where should I direct the buyer to pay ?
Appreciate if someone could help me out. Thanks.

| I basically send them an email telling them if they are having trouble paying I could send them an invoice from PP or GCO. The url used to be convenient for sure. |

The email that the buyer receives for the order still has the payment link. The copy the merchant receives does not. You can still ask the buyer to click on the URL in the order email sent by eCRATER.

| I got another 'no payment' order today. Looks like the lady tried twice to pay. I just went ahead and sent an invoice and also sent an email telling her why so if she wants to pay, she doesn't have to go looking for the url. |
