| I had an old ecrater account that I closed and it was connected to my ebay account. Now I have this new ecrater store and it won't let me import my ebay listings. The old account has been closed so there is no way to get to it to remove the connection to my ebay account. Is there anything I can do to fix this or should I just forget about using ecrater? |

| How or where do I find the ecrater team? I have looked everywhere but can't find any way of contacting ecrater directly. |

| Could be a day or two. Unlike ebay that has masses of personnel, ecrater has just a very small staff. |

They might make an except this time ... BUT normally an ebay account is only allowed to be uploaded ONCE.
It's not connected to your ebay account in any way. Simple someone goes to yoru ebay items and manually pulls the information into your ecrater store. That's it ... they do not stay connected and if it sells on ebay it will NOT be removed from ecrater. It's an upload only |
