I have recently opened my ecrater store on April 1. I have ended all of my listings on ebay, very disappointed with their policies, and how ridiculous seller fees.
I love the format and selling platform on ecrater, but I am having a problem with the shipping matrix, in addition I cannot view my items shipping cost. It is showed as Shipping: USPS calculated with no price listed even when I "click to check." Wondering if any experienced ecrater seller can help me with this problem.
I have no other problem with other formats that are provided by ecrater, in fact everything is working perfectly - and up to par. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
