Hi Everyone,
I am fairly new here and just learning how to do things. Would like to offer FREE SHIPPING to US and CANADA Customer's? How do I set my store to do that?

On your listing page, at the bottom are shipping options and the first one is Free shipping to US and Canada. Check that box on all your listings for which you want to offer free shipping.
You have to uncheck USPS calculated however in your shipping options which is a link on the left column of your admin home page. |

Do I have to set up my "Shipping Matrix" if I uncheck the USPS option?

If you want all shipping to generate a zero cost, then no. If you want certain countries to have a valid shipping cost, then yes (for those countries). |
