1- How do I shut my Store doen (temporarily to change prices)
2- How do I get in touch with someone from ecrater teaam?
Please advise which link I use to contact ecrater

On your store admin page, in the navigation column, there is one under more options, ON HOLD. Click that.

To contact eCRATER admin, go to the home page of eCRATER, at the bottom is a link for contact. Fill in the blanks. If you problem is not listed in the drop down menu, choose other. Be prepared to wait a few days for a response. They have a very small staff.
