Do we have a UPS Ground shipping calculator?
If so, I can lower my prices, and charge shipping fees according to which state/province Buyers reside in.

I live in Canada, the items are shipped either from Ohio/Calif.
The Matrix would probably calculate shipping from Canada to destination.
Sorry, this won"t work.
I'll just ship to U.S.
My dropshippers use UPS Ground and they give me a price within the U.S.
The price for Canada is $10-$15 more which would not be fair to Buyers
from U.S.
Thanks anyhow!

Spend some time reading in the community. You need to understand more about how the matrix works. It has been explained here, and repeated, many times over. The Search feature is your friend. Smile

What concerns me is the fact I live in Canada and the items are shipped from U.S.
Won't the matrix end up maing it cheaper to ship to Canada (where I am)
and more expensive to the U.S.? (where the items are shipped from)?

The matrix is a grid where you fill in the blanks. It doesn't matter where you are shipping from, it only looks at the weight of the item (or total weight of the items) and the destination address then it returns the weight you put in that spot on the grid. For example, if the weight is 3 pounds, the customer is from the USA and you have $10.00 in the 4 pound spot for the USA, the customer will be charged $10.00. If the weight is 3 pounds, the customer is from CA and you have $18.00 in the 4 pound spot for CA, the customer will be charged $18.00. Since you are using UPS, you'll notice there are separate lines for Alaska and HI so if the cost is greater because you will be using USPS, you can show the higher cost. Only the USPS calculated shipping would be concerned with the shipper's location.

You might want to put your store on hold until you figure out your shipping because right now all shipping is free and people are able to place orders.

Only if you set it up that way.

To be very clear, the matrix only uses numbers that you input into it. There is no automatic calculating like through the PO. So as long as you get your prices written correctly in the matrix as the others have explained things should work out correctly. You may want to take some time, after putting your store on hold, to search for the matrix here on the forum as there is a lot of good advice to be found.

The matrix is source location agnostic. It doesn't care where you are shipping from. The matrix assumes you know where you are shipping from, and you tell it the cost to get from the source location to the destination location.

The rows in the matrix describe the destination location. The columns describe the weight (which could be an actual weight in pounds, or a pseudo weight using some other scale). Whatever scale you decide the columns represent, must be the same scale that you use in each listing for the weight. It could be pounds, kilograms, etc.

Or even amounts of items like I do. but the main point is you have to figure your own reference and be sure you us it consistently.
