I have heard that it is only good for face-to face transactions
Not for online sales?
thanks
First Data partnered up with them |

Google Checkout is now Google Wallet. So any seller here taking Google Checkout is using Google Wallet. |

Hi
thanks for the info
I have a First Data account- and they tell me you can only use Google Wallet at a physical store, or maybe restaurant
Otherwise, it's Google checkout- and they're as bad as Paypal
Only my opinion |

The only credit card choice you have on eCRATER is PayPal or Google Wallet. You may have your credit card processing with First Data for your B&M store or for another website, but here having your own credit card processing is not allowed. Since some people prefer one or the other, I like to offer both. If I only offered one it would be a hard decision because I feel Google Wallet is safer for the seller, but PayPal is preferred by a lot of people.
Of course First Data would not want you to use either because they want 100% of your business, but as I said that isn't an option on eCrater. |

I agree with offering both. Some hate PP or Google but I have never had a problem with either so I offer them both for my customers convenience. By the way, if you are new be sure about whether you are turned on to having the UK and AU stores. You can only use PP with them unless you actually have a UK or AU bank account in those countries (most of us don't ) |

ecrater does that not us. In this instance, ecrater is considered the merchant. We can not use or apply html code at all in our stores. |
