| I just sold 2 items to a customer in the UK. Each item has an order # and each has Payment Method: Paypal in the order summary, but the green payment check mark is not visible and I don't see any record of it in my Paypal account. Both orders were placed several hours ago. Does all this just indicate that the customer abandoned their shopping cart? |

| Yes. Please see many threads on the subject of "non-paying customer" and "non-paying buyer" and "non-paying order" and "unpaid order" for explanation and options for handling it. |
