|
|
I've recently set up a store, which supplies the UK primarily.
Although I have a general understanding of how the shipping matrix works, it doesn't seem to be feeding the data that I've set through to the store. It just rounds everything up to the nearest pound sterling.
For example: I've set it to display by 100 / 200 / 300 etc and entered 0.89 for 100, 1.30 for 200 and 1.80 for 300 but each of the products I have listed for either 100, 200 or 300 comes up at either |

If you are using the pound symbol, that will cause the problem with your post. |

Thanks, but I'm just using digits as mentioned above - 0.69 or 1.30 but this is not being transferred on to the product page when an item is selected. |

just retype your message as a reply.
the opening text window for a thread only gives you limited space. I have noticed this with every thread i've started, so you need to be bief with your opening, then expand you question. in a first reply, IF you need more space. |

Postage for both the UK and AU stores is always rounded up by ecrater. You have no control of that. They use the currency conversion that is correct for when they set their numbers, but after that, we don't know when they will change it or what number they will use and they do not want us writing to them to find out this information. I have found it best to have set my numbers for shipping a bit higher in case the currency conversion is less than what I am currently using. In other words, you will never be able to get a nice round number for the most part. I think this addresses what you were asking about.
By the way, all items in your store has to be available to all 50 states, not just the UK. |
