Infomercial warning Xhose

If you have seen the infomercial for the Xhose and have problems with hoses knocking over planters, breaking plants off etc as you try to move them about, you might have been very tempted to buy.

A lot of people were tempted evidently and the company has a months long backlog of orders. People who finally got their hoses are complaining that they explode on first use. There are many exceptions to the instructions for use that are not shown in the video.

I discovered all this after purchasing on line and got suspicious when my order confirmation came out with nothing in the quantity, price or shipping spots. I called the customer service number and got a call center used by many companies. They had no record of my order.

I have notified Amex but in case you think the Xhose is your summer time salvation, head to your neighborhood garden store instead.
