Hello,
since yesterday, if I click on my shop bookmark...
http://antiquesattic.ecrater.com/
You see my home page.
If you click on one of the items...
instead of going to the item, you see this:
" no such product "...
Same if you click on Categories...
you'll see items...
click on ANY of the categories...
you get:
'there are no items in this category'...
I changed NOTHING in the last few days, and, I am NOT a new shop.

no items uploaded to UK and AU either...

Did you read the rules when you signed up? You can NOT take western union or credit cards unless the are run through PP.

There may be others problems.

Hi...
I cleaned all that up...
the 'Western Union' was for 'Western Union' money orders.
I take them as well as Postal M) & US Bank Checks.
I guess it was misunderstood.
So, I wiped it out.

I found my 'violation'.
I am sharing my problem w/ others.
When an item SOLD, the 'inventory control', on 2 occasions, did not work.
The item did not set to '0', like it usually did.
As a 'buyer', I could still click thru to the item.
I was afraid it would get sold, TWICE.
As item was still IN TRANSIT to buyer, I did not want to DELETE listing,
in case buyer wanted to go back to it, when item arrived, or, to leave Feedback.
I could not 'set' the sold item to '0'.
Nor could I 'hide' an item that had BEEN sold, or, how would buyer be able to see it, or, leave Feedback ?
So...
I put SOLD in the title.
I was trying to protect eCrater customers from disappointment.
And, it got me suspended.
I am praying I will get a second chance.
I have spent HOURS on my store.
I have told hundreeds of people, my customers, about it.
I am so sad.
I begged Admin to give me another chance.
I hope they do.

Hmm I assumed they can still see the listing once it's sold (only the buyer) because it puts it in the "orders" page to click on for us.
So I would think once they buy something thy also have a link to see it ?

The buyer can still see the item they purchased if they follow the link in their confirmation email so it is not necessary to leave it visible. Being reinstated shouldn't be a problem once you have hidden the sold items.

Depending on the seller's behavior, a sold item listing might get deleted. If not, you could possibly get a link to it from Google (organic) and/or see a cached copy of the original page.

I was able to get to one 'featured' item via a Google cached copy. Nothing obvious there.

I always send my customer an email with a link back to the hidden item so they can view the listing while the item is in transit and so they can review the listing after the item arrives.

Qualified customers can only leave feedback by clicking on the link in the email they receive from eCrater, so being able to see the item isn't directly related to leaving feedback.

I had terrible nightmares last night...
kept seeing my little Store w/ no items in it.
I had worked hard on it, the last few months.
I lost my Dad in Jan. 2012, a friend on July 2012,
my ex & friend last week, and, my other friend is dying.
It was great comfort in diving in to my shop, adding items, keeping busy.
Made my day when I made a sale.
eMails to my Customers.
I am so sad.
Getting 'suspended' was just another rock on my back.
I hope Admin. reinstates me.

Does eCrater let one know if their 're-application' is approved or declined?
Or, should I just 'keep checking'?
How long before I know for sure?
I don't want to keep directing Customers to my eCrater Shop...
if it's gone forever Crying or Very sad
I also have to find a new 'venue' to sell on, if I'm 'banned'.
