Hi all
recently my store was suspended due to invalid contact info, what type of documents i must provide to reverse it (bank account statement, mobile phone company bill etc?)

Never see someone suspend for "invalid contact info". Contact eCrater. |

you can contact eCrater see link below. Maybe it has something to do with your original startup information for eCrater. They are the ones who can answer that. You also have no contact information in your store when someone clicks on Contact, at the bottom of your main page. You have no Terms either, no any About information, and no information for buyers to read on your main page in the middle section. That is where you describe what your store is all about and welcome people.

Sounds like you didn't provide sufficient info to eCRATER re how THEY can contact you should they need to. Are you a brand new store? |

It is a blank store other than a logo and the last update was March 8. I suspect the contact info is what ecrater wants to know to get ahold of them. Perhaps they signed up and skipped a few lines to fill out figuring ecrater didn't need to know that stuff..Shrugs shoulders (where is the emoticon for that?) should be very simple to fix and it seems like they have already been told what is missing since they do have a reason for the suspension. |

Interesting. First time I answer before checking the store. Good point not updated since March 8.
It will be interesting to see eCrater take better close look to new stores. Maybe it is part of the beginning. |

When registering your store did you fill in the Sellers Country field?
The default is a blank field and is often overlooked by sellers outside the US.
Normally this wouldn't make any difference but this may have changed recently.
