After being away for a few weeks (I thought I'd not be able to have the time to sell so deleted my previous account). Things changed so I decided to open a store again. Have just begun to list items. Stop by for a peek. Very Happy Thanks.

In maintaining the eCrater Mall Store Directory I have made more than a few purchases from store owners. Without exception, all have went smoothly with no complaints.

Having said that, I must let everyone know that a recent purchase from Jonun's This & That is a perfect example of how a sale should go.

The description and photos told me everything I need to know about the product.
Terms were clearly stated.
Sellers contact information was given on the Contact page.
Made the purchase using Stripe without a hitch.
Received notification from eCrater regarding the purchase with more details than in the past.
Received notification from eCrater to leave feedback.
Received a personal email thanking me for the purchase.
Received a personal email with tracking info when purchase was mailed.
Purchase arrived 3 days later with packing slip enclosed and thanking me again for the purchase.
Purchase was packaged well.
Left feedback which posted immediately to the store.

Perfect transaction! Very Happy
Five star rating in every way.

Hi I like vintage things, but when I checked shipping calculations for my zip code it came up 0.00 cost. Also Canada is listed as an option but when you choose it, it says, This merchant does not ship to countries others than the listed above.

0.00 in the shipping cost means shipping is free. Not sure why it says Canada when I don't ship to Canada. Sad

It's not actually telling people that you ship to Canada. Anyone that has the USPS shipping calculator activated that is in the USA, whenever someone goes to your store and sees an item they like and they click on that item they see a link that says "USPS calculated, click here to check". A box pops up that allows buyers to enter in their zip code and see how much shipping will cost. Well, even if you don't ship to Canada, Canada is listed in the drop down menu where it asks your buyers to enter in a zip code or pick a different country.

They put Canada in that list no matter where you do or don't ship to but, as soon as a buyer clicks on Canada it tells people that you don't ship there. What the other seller mentioned "this seller does not ship to countries other than those listed above". By "those listed" it actually means the countries shown below that, that show up with a shipping price after you enter in a zip code but, if you live in Canada & don't have a U.S. zip code then nothing shows up below that with prices. It's confusing I know. By putting Canada in that drop down menu it makes people think you ship there, then they click on Canada and it pops up and says you don't ship there.
