Your jewelry is quite nice. I do suggest that you edit your titles and descriptions to include more information. Your title is of utmost importance as that is where search engines look first. Using this listing as an example,

In the title, state that they are handmade, are they for pierced ears or other, is the turquoise genuine or faux, are they drop, studs or some other style. Shoppers will put this info in their searchs. Not many people search just for earrings.

On eCRATER people can only search by title and eCRATER is making a greater push to have people come directly to their marketplace. So your title is very important. eCRATER gives you 100 spaces for a title. Use them.

Your description should repeat the info in the title plus additional details you didn't have room for. Describe it as though the shopper is blind.

Just as a point of security. You are handicapped. Are you sure you want your address and phone number out there for all and sundry to see?

You do have great low prices on your items but, just because someone else is charging more for their handmade jewelry than you are, it doesn't mean it's because that seller doesn't bargain hunt (I'm referring to the statement on your store front). Some people just think their time is worth way too much money. I've seen pairs of earrings on ecrater that the seller wanted $60 for and I was thinking, In your dreams! It's just one bead and one charm hanging from a pair of earwires, nothing fancy or unique about it at all and the charm isn't even sterling silver it's plated metal, couldn't have taken the seller more than 5 minutes to make them and yet they want $60 for that pair? I could understand asking that much if the earrings were all fancy and unique with several beads weaved together and sterling silver charms on them, something that looks like it took a while to make but, not for 2 beads and 2 charms that the seller probably only paid $5 for.

You stated that your prices are so low because you don't sell through companies that charge fees? If you're talking about the sites you choose to sell on, are you aware that ecrater now charges a fee when you get an order that was purchased through the marketplace? It's only 2.9% so it's no big deal (that's like 20 cents on a $10 order) and you don't accrue any fees if they purchase by coming directly to your store and, it's optional. You're not required to pay that cost to ecrater but if you do, it insures that your items will remain visible in the marketplace. If you don't pay it your items could get pushed several pages back in the search. It sounded like you may not have been aware of the new changes here since you said you just re-opened your store.
