A couple of nitpicky items:
On your terms page it says "USPO" for your shipping agent. You might want to change that to USPS since that is the common name. (United States Postal Service) Some people might think you are trying to trick them in some way.
You also might want to add some questions to the FAQS page. You can answer silly questions like "How long will it take for you to ship my order?" |

MY personal opinion -
Home page - remove "We are new to Ecrater but not to Online-"
Why tell folks you are new and make them worry?
Terms page - "Sales are final on any Sale/Clearance Listings (ending in $0.99) "
That should read
Sales are final on any Sale/Clearance Listings (ending in 99)
$0.99 would mean like $10.99, $20.99, etc - see the difference?
"We accept checks, money orders, Paypal and all major charges. "
should be
We accept checks, money orders, Paypal and all major credit cards.
Catagories --- you have Foundations -- no idea what that is BUT under Foundations you have skirts then you also have a skirts category. Save people from having to click here there and everywhere and put all Skirts in one category.
Same with all the rest of the items.

A lot of folks don't know how to get the symbol. For anybody who needs the info, you type ALT + 0162. That's the Alt key plus the four numbers, all at the same time. |

| I agree about removing the "new to eCrater" references. A lot of buyers won't even know there's feedback to look at if you don't tell them (a lot of people don't go looking for feedback outside of eBay). |

| I think he meant that any item ending in .99 is a clearance item versus items ending in .00. It might be easier just to clearly mark items as clearance and put a discalimer on each clearance item that all sales are final. |

Yes I know what he meant - I was just pointing out that that is not exactly what he is saying.
Best to get things straightened out BEFORE you have an anger buyer.
