Can anyone tell me how to set up my logo? I tried with Word and it can only upload jpeg and others?? I have a mac and I don't even know where to start looking for images and fonts (besides my photos). Any suggestions would be appreciated.

If you click on "eBay Store Logo" o the left side you should be able to create something professional looking.
