Is there a chart on this site to tell me shipping costs?
I am new to ecrater: If I have an order from outside the usa, the
message comes up that shipping is 0 for that product. How do I change that in the shipping table? Should I just check free shipping USA mainland?
Please give me some guidance on this.
Thanks,

Hi and welcome to eCrater. There are no charts....you need to figure out what it costs to mail your stuff. It will depend on weight. If you don't have that worked out , you should put your store on hold until you do. It is against eCraters terms to ask for more after payment for shipping. That means including Alaska and Hawaii. eCrater wants it so someone can come, find items and check out. Quick and easy.
I hope you have many sales. |

Are you trying to block international sales or just provide an accurate shipping cost? You can do either, depending on your needs. You may want to spend some time getting to know your shipping matrix. The message on your homepage about "email me for shipping costs and I'll send you an invoice" won't be a suitable work around to Ecrater, they're going to want to see your shipping flushed out.
You may also want to visit Ecrater's terms regarding drop shipping; they now require items to be in the seller's possession before listing for sale. Traditional drop-shipping programs through a third-party warehouse are not allowed anymore. Not trying to call you out or anything, but if this describes you, you might want to rectify it before spending a lot of time building and marketing your store. |

At least they deleted their store instead of just abandoning it. |
