I've had a few orders today and the customers all e-mailed asking how to add postage. I've checked a few items and the postage calculation (check by zip code or country) is no longer on the items.
Also, when the customers go to PayPal, no postage is showing.
What to do?? |

Do you have your shipping matrix completed or do you have flat rate shipping added to each item as a backup for the USPS calculated shipping? When the USPS website is busy, the system times out and returns the shipping based on your backup. If you don't have a backup, the customer sees $0.00 shipping. With a rate increase going into effect in a few days, they are probably working on the USPS website. This doesn't happen very often, but is more likely to happen during Christmas holidays and during a rate increase. |
