Sorry if this has a really obvious answer and I'm just not seeing it...
I'm using USPS Calculated Shipping instead of the matrix, and 99% of the time it works great. But a couple times now my buyers have been able to get their order through with no shipping costs added on. I have "Priority Mail", "Standard Post", "First-Class Mail" and "Express Mail" on my list of Selected Services, but the couple it has done this, the Order Page has shown "Shipping Method: Regular US-Mainland". I don't know what the are selecting (or if they're selecting ANYTHING) to circumvent the shipping, but I'd like to get it fixed.
Has anyone else had this issue? Is there any way to correct it or should I just relent and rely on the Shipping Matrix?

| Just a guess on my part, maybe USPS timed out. If that happens then the shipping will turn to the matrix, do you have anything in there? |
