Marked paid, but not

I got two sales from the same person for the same item (happens most of the time) and one payment via PayPal. Both were marked as marketplace orders. However, BOTH are marked as paid, even though only one has a completed payment.

Why is it that most sales require two attempts by the buyer, and
Why is the second marked as paid when it isn't?

Also, why is there no longer a button to delete an order on eCrater? I had to cancel a transaction, but there's no way to cancel it (refunded via PayPal, but no indication of this on eCrater).

IIRC, the Delete button was only there for unpaid orders. If eCRATER thinks the order was paid, then that could be the reason. If you have not already done so, you should report this via the Contact on the front page.
