Hello<
I got an email saying I owe money for an item I sold on ecrater.
Followed directions in the email but I don't see the button that says, "Pay Now button "
help!

| Not 100% sure but I believe if the amount you owe is small (maybe <$1) it carries over until you hit the threshold amount. |

| If you received the email, you should have a button. On your admin screen look at Account -> Marketplace Cost. I forget if it's at the bottom or the top of that screen. BTW, those emails are usually sent out mid-month. Did you just receive it ? |
