can someone help me track my order number 3057155 from seller bukujian@sbcglobal.net, i have not received my item as of yet and would like a tracking number or a refund. |

It is rare in eCrater, but another issue with a seller.
About the comment. Why is so difficult to people understand the concept of eCrater or other Alternative sites? Why is the lack of details? What is the fear? If you have a complaint and want to share it in a "public" site give details. |

That order was placed on August 4, 2014 which I can tell from the order numbers in my store. At this point you are at 14 days since you ordered. That is the only help we can give since your sellers email address doesn't help us to know who the seller was.
You need to contact ecrater with the date, order number, everything that you remember about the order, especially if you have the seller's store name and they can see what is what. However, they have no way that I know of to force a refund back to you if needed. The ecrater team is very easy to work with and I'm sure will help you as much as possible. |
