| Hello , I was just wondering if anyone knew how to contact ecrater to make adjustments to the ecrate marketplace cost charges if the item sold twice.Had it marked as 1 item in the inventory but it still sold on me twice very quickly.Any help would be much appreciated thanks. |

| If you did a full refund on one of the payments, then the marketplace cost should be removed automatically. |

No clue. Did you get a bill from eCrater or is this something to do with PayPal ? |

| The threshold charge may have been becuase of the prices on your items and you being new. |

| Well thank you all. I am however not new at all , so id suspect that's not the reason.The prices of my items I would believe still count for the same ecrater market place cost according to the percentage's given ? the charge was paid and I am still not sure why I had to pay it. But again I thank you all for being so helpful. Appreciate it. |
