We bought 87 octane, 10% ethanol, gas for $2.89.9 and E-85, 70% ethanol, for $2.41.9 within the past 3 days. A person can't afford to sit home and drink water at these prices. It's time to hit the road! Our little car handles E-85 as well as 87 octane, when I can find it.

Well we should be at a max of $1.20 a gallon for premium, so, gas ain't cheap at all.

We should not use up our food crop for cars. They say we have tons of corn this year, but a bag of corn chips price won't go down.

Where do you find that $1.20 number?

Corn is a renewable resource and many wouldn't think a bag of corn chips is food.

A very wise man, whose name I can't remember now, said "The world is a book and those who don't travel see only one page." You need to get a life that includes doing something besides posting in forums 24 hours a day. Go outside, smell the roses and see page two. Communicate with someone who is flesh and blood and doesn't live in a computer monitor.

Award yourself a gold star for the correct answer. I couldn't think of Saint Augustine for love nor money and that's one of my favorite quotes.
