How to change a negative feedback

Hi,

I received a negative rate recently, I contact the buyer and fix the trouble, he is satisfied with my service and agree to change the negative feedback and comment, anyone know how to do that?

As far I understand you must contact eCrater and submit any proof. So they will think about it. In these case, I believe you will need the buyer to contact directly eCrater.

@briliant, It's great that you are reading topics in the Community because there's a lot of really helpful information here.

Please look at the date of the topic when you are reading. Some (maybe a lot) of the older topics have outdated information that may be inaccurate. You have posted to a topic that is over 6 years old.
First, there have been changes to the eCrater feedback system in the last 6 years.
Second, if a seller was seeking an answer in October 2014 it's very unlikely they would need the information in April 2021.
