| What does it mean when the names of your product are listed in RED. I have my attributes listed by brand and upc, so there are no exclamation points showing that could be the issue... I hate attributes. None of my products are listed on my store either- accept one |

| When the titles are in red, there is a problem with the item and you need to contact eCrater. There is a link on the home page to contact eCrater. |

| Maybe this was a fake or illegal product. The products are all gone now. |

| The red titles do not indicate "fake or illegal" products, just products eCrater has questions about. |
