So far my only issue with stripe is that I get fraudlent charges & I am not protected. Stripe accepts payments from card holders with different shipping addresses & most times for me these are bogus charges.
Not sure how to feel secure about shipping to different addresses, I've learned my lesson the hard way. |

You can disable that in eCrater, should you wish to do so. |

I got a Stripe sale the other day and noted that 4 attempts for another purchase from someone else had failed. A $38 order at that
You can set up some guidelines in Stripe as well for what you won't accept. |

I've seen the failed attempts too. At least stripe doesn't bother emailing you about it. I remember when GCO was still around, depending on how you had your settings, some of us would get an email about an order if the payment failed and if GCO wasn't aware right away that the payment failed they'd email us and say this order is under review and make us wait 2 or 3 more days to say yeah the payment was declined multiple times for whatever reason, sorry no can do. |
