Not sure of your command of English but your inventory is not souvenirs. I would call them Asian health and personal care products. Souvenirs are mementos tourists buy to remember their vacation.

Do you have a second store? I scanned your entire store (mistine) and did not see anything that wasn't a health, personal care, or beauty product. I certainly didn't see any elephant picture frame. You have 447 products all of a drugstore variety.

mistine, Welcome to eCRATER. You have a good start to your store. I was good to see your information pages had information. You might want to consider moving the information about payments to your Terms page. The about page should tell us a little about you as a seller. Do you sell locally? Have you sold online before coming to eCRATER? Why do you want to sell online to the world? I'm not saying you should answer each question, those are just suggestions of the type information to put on your About page.

Have you checked that the items you are selling are legal for sale in the US? One of the rules for eCRATER is that every item be legal for sale across the US. I have no information about your health and beauty products, but you should check to see that they are legal.

As a suggestion, for sales to the US, it would be helpful if you gave the US measurements in addition to the metric measurements. There are conversion programs on the internet that would help.

Mistine, when someone posts here trying to help you, why are you ignoring their responses and posting descriptions for your souvenirs? We are aware that you have souvenirs for sale in your store, we already established that. If you're trying to advertise your items, go to the promote your store forum section please.

Do you not know a lot of English? Just asking, because most of your customers will be in English speaking countries and if you cannot understand or reply in English at least somewhat well, you will have a lot of complaints, SNAD claims, & negative feedback in no time.

We have many sellers here with English as their 2nd language, nothing wrong with that, as long as you can understand it fairly well.

Mistine, This is not the thread to be promoting your items in and I think ecrater would highly frown upon you posting your customer's private sale information here for all to see. You don't respond to anything we say so I'm not wasting my time trying to help you anymore. If you can't respond to our posts any better than that, then maybe you're not ready for an online store?

That picture of the plate you sold to Anthony....Anthony can't see that post unless he is a seller here and comes to the forum regularly. That goes to him in an email. Not good to post buyer's data on here. This is not a secure forum.
