You must wait to receive the "invoice" of the eCrater Marketplace fee. You will receive it when you are near $1.00. Then you will able to pay the fee.
So take things easy and stay calm. For now. We aren't in eBay. |

Was the item sold from the marketplace? Or from your store? You only pay a eCrater fee if it is a marketplace sale. |

You will be invoiced when fees are due. You will receive an email to the address on file for your store and you will see a pending invoice with a Pay button when you click on "Marketplace Cost". Once you see a pay button, you can pay your invoice via PayPal either with a PayPal account or with a credit card. Your fees will accumulate until you either reach a certain dollar amount or a calendar time when the invoice will be generated. |

Just a wuick mention, you might want to rethink the pictures of your button closures. All the pictures for them include other items such as a butterfly or a pretty box. Some buyers don't read thoroughly and would think they get the box as well. You also could improve your description greatly even if you just repeat your title. by including what they are made out of, are they washable or do they need dry cleaning or taken off a garment when it is cleaned? I would love to see if at all pissible a much better close up of them with a ruler next to them to give some idea of their size. I know you have measurements, but yet again a buyer might take those measures to mean anything they want. For your descriptions, the most important thing about what you are selling should come first, not the item number since that is only important to you.
So glad that you want to be sure you are keeping up what is happening here and are aware of the small fees. The invoices usually come out on the 15th or 16th for the month prior, unless your total isn't enough to make it worth the bother (and fee) of collecting it. You will receive an email about it as well. |
