eCrater has a very small staff. They will respond, but it may take them a day or two as they still have a high volume of emails to answer even with being so short staffed. |

Out of curiosity, when someone does an ebay import does ecrater know what categories to place the items into, or are the items hidden until the seller manually edits them & assigns them to a category? Surely they don't just appear on ecrater scattered all over the marketplace. |

In the store, they are all in the my ebay category. They are mapped to the closest corresponding category for the globals.
