| Hi everyone. I am having a problem allowing google checkout to let me ship internationally. I have a buyer trying to get an item off of me, but he says ecrater and google checkout tell him "buyer does not ship to canada". How can I fix this? |

Hmm, I don't know. You've obviously got Canada checked off in your Shipping Zones...
A temporary fix might be to invoice the customer through Google Checkout to get the payment.
Maybe somebody else will have some ideas about the actual problem... |

| GCO is not available for Canadian sellers. Canadians can buy via GCO. I have already processed an order from a Canadian buyer. |

| I'm an American seller. I have canada and us marked in my shipping matrix, but GCO will not let me sell to this canadian buyer. And this is the first international sale I've had with Ecrater so I am not sure if GCO would let me sell to other countries or not. |

GCO should let you sell to international buyers.

| Are there settings anywhere to change in GCO to allow international purchases? I didn't set up an api or anything like that and I can't seem to find any settings like this when I go to GCO. |

First make sure you have Google Checkout set up correctly.

YOUR NUMBER HERE
Google merchant key
YOUR NUMBER HERE
NOW, go to ecrater.com
log in
click on payment optionss on the left menu
check Secure Checkout through Google Checkout
enter Merchant ID: This is NOW called Google vendor number on google in integration under account information
enter Merchant Key: found on google in integration under account information |
KEEP in mind that Google Checkout will NOT show the shippign charges until after they have set up ther Google paymetn account and are ready to pay you. IT will NOT show at the time they click on the Google Checkout paymetn button. IT shows later in the processes. |
