Thanks for stepping in em, us sellers try to help when we can, but sometimes it helps to hear it from the Moon's mouth. I think all of us like to hear from staff when they have the time. |

I think the term threshold in this case means that you need to pay your accumulated selling fees. It's sort of like a bar tab, no fee on the tab but there are limits as to how much credit the bar will extend to you.

Heh, seems like the perfect explanation too me |

When the threshold payment is made, it would not be invoiced again on the normal cycle. It is not an additional cost, it is just being billed sooner because the marketplace cost have reached a threshold limit.

We just got the same notice just today. They only gave us 2 days to pay it. We paid the invoice that came last week and it was a higher amount than the threshold. Really maxing our account out at $2.50 as a threshold? after just paying an invoice less than 1 week ago and giving us only until the 25th of July to pay it when just gettiing it? |

See, I don't understand that. You're like the 4th person I have seen mention this that they got the notice of threshold met and were given an earlier due date for a total of around $2.50 or so. But I have had a few months when my total reached $4.94 and my due date was as always, they gave me like 10 or 20 days to pay it. Wonder why some receive this notice for such small amounts and others do not. I spoke to someone on here once that said he got the notice of threshold met and to pay his 43 cent balance within 5 days or something. |

I'm still trying to understand why some people get so worry about the issue. It is just simple. Some clicks and pay the bill. |

Some members are getting crazy about the "threshold" or whatever eCrater email said. As far we know eCrater use PayPal micropayments. Just making a search I found a nice table to comparing fees from the regular fee and the micropayment fee.
I recommend everybody take a closer look to the table. Take your time to analyze it. And some questions can be answer.

I would be thrilled to get an invoice, it means you are selling lots of stuff. It is a good thing. |
