Shipping fees not included on checkout

Hello everyone,
Today I sold some itens and shipping fees was not included on payment.
I tested and saw that the problem was not only in my Store i checked shopping cart from the other sellers and happended the same. The shipping was not included Also the Paypal checkout proceeds without including shipping fees.

I contacted eCrater and I am waiting for the reply.

Anyone else seen this problem? Starts today because until yestarday shopping cart was working

The problem has solved now.
I make a mistake in setup of Weight Matrix and the support guide to solution.

Now works fine.
