Dear Customer Services Team.
Customer has commented on my order No 3308293 as bad feedback.
Actually customer has very satisfied with the product and he has confirmed by mail about the same.
After one week while he is using the product, something happened as he confirmed for it. So l have given good discount for his second order as l agreed even though there is no guarantee on the product use. New order No is 3324503.
Even l am not aware that customer has given bad feedback on the previous order. As per the discussion with the buyer he has agreed to withdraw the same. But he can not remove the comment.
Kindly expecting you to remove the same on urgent basis hence it will effect for my future orders.
Please do the needful on priority basis

I found it. Seller is from Sri Lanka and doesn't spell out much at all in his descriptions or titles. |
