setting up FAQ list

I've been trying to set up my FAQ list but I can't seem to get things into a paragraph of it's own?

I've tried using html code <BR> and <P> but neither is allowing me to do what I want.

Is there something I'm doing wrong?

HTML is not allowed on ecrater.com therefore, <br> and <p> do not work.
You can not make paragraphs.

The system will automatically put each question and answer separately.
