I recommend you better focus in customer satisfaction and completing sales than just change a name.
Waoo! I saw some sellers here in eCrater with 1 up to 5 negatives. But this one is a winner. |

Off topic but how does a 57.41% feedback rating equate to 4/5 stars?
I remember that the % is calculated using $$$ figures. Maybe 4/5 stars means 80% of the total feedbacks were positive with no regard to the dollar amounts?? |

I don't understand why only 4 stars instead of 1 or 2 put this guy needs to just close down his business (here at least) as he gives other sellers here a bad name. Kind of interesting that someone from India is selling Irish and Scottish goods. Maybe leftovers from when the Brits controlled India?
He definitely can't use the name BestBuy even with 'my' in front of it. He doesn't ship most of what got ordered. WHY do people ignore feedback and just order anyhow and then get ticked off when they don't receive their stuff. And this stuff he is selling isn't cheap either.
I wonder if he thinks changing his name would erase the feedback???? |

| I just read about the star ratings in the FAQ section. This is one of the dumbest things I've ever seen! What's the point of this? |

| I realize that it is quick to see the stars, but my eyes focused on the numbers first and began my wondering why this guy was still allowed to be selling here. At this point he hasn't updated his store at all since August 2015! His last feedback June 2014 and the one prior was July 2013. Looks like he started out good for his first two years and then fell down on the job since. |
