I can't figure out how to change the email address that Topic Reply Notifications are sent to.
I changed email address within last 6mo. Apparently there are two places we can enter an email address for because: my Orders and Ask Seller a Question emails are going to my correct email address that is linked to selling and PP/Stripe, etc.
However, just the topic notices continue to come to the old, not being used addy.
I've been all thru Admin but don't see anywhere else that an email address is entered to change.
I'm positive I asked this last year and got reply but cannot find that anywhere in an email search. Did send to ecrater. Don't want wear out my inquiry welcome there.
Anyone know answer? TIA |

Yes the request must be sent to eCrater.
You are in effect changing the email address you used to open your store account.
