Google Shopping es un servicio de busqueda de Google y es "pagando". No es gratis. Si, los enlaces apuntan hacia el marketplace. De los sales fee/impuesto de ventas del marketplace es q eCrater paga este servicio.

Si la mayoria de tus ventas son del marketplace. Puede ser q muchas eran de Google Shopping. Desde hace tiempo Google Shopping ha a~adido muchas reglas y requerimientos para algunos articulos. En especial con mercancia relacionada a problemas de pirateria o copyright.
