Cancelling orders...

I just refunded a payment for an order and now I am trying to cancel the order.

1- How do I cancel the order? Is it still the same problem where we cannot cancel or has it changed?

2 - When I cancel the order that the buyer asked me to cancel, how do I avoid paying commission since I did not receive any money (order was refunded)?

Sorry if this has been discussed before, I just could not find any thread...

Was the payment electronic instant ?

If so, the FVF should have been canceled automagically.

and yes you are right, I can see an arrow where the refund is.

So, I guess I do not pay commission on this transaction right?

artinsilk, you are always welcomed to ask your questions. I'm sorry if I seemed abrupt. That's what I get for trying to do too many things at one time. If it doesn't make sense and a search of the forum doesn't provide an answer, ask away. The search is somewhat limited and better to ask than be puzzled.
