Under "Issue", what does "availability_mismatch" mean and how do I fix it?

The quantity listed on the feed doesn't match the quantity in the store when GS checked. Not a problem and will clear on the next feed or two. |

I sell antiques and vintage items. I have exactly one of every item in my store. How can Google miscount "one"? |

If you had one in stock at the time eCRATER created the feed, they told Google Shopping you had a quantity of 1. After the feed was created, a customer bought the item, so the quantity is now 0. When GS checked your store, the feed said 1 but your quantity is 0 so you got an "availability_mismatch". This error does not require any action from the seller. The error will correct itself on the next feed or two. |
