Need help to change store name

Hello, need help I just register new store but now I want to change store name, I try to find help but not get any thing.
Please help.

You have two options when you want to change the name of your store. You can contact the eCrater team with the request and they will make the change for a fee. You'll have to check with them regarding the fee.

If you've done very little work in your store and don't have a lot of links on the internet, the simple way is to close your current store and open a new store with your desired new name. To close your current store, log into your store, go to Account > Delete Account. Every store must have it's own email address. If you want to use the same email for your new store that you used in your original store, you may need to ask eCrater how long before (or if) your first email will be available to use to open a new store.

unless you have followed Sheila's advice already, currently you have nothing in your store so her advice about closing it and starting a new store is probably the easiest and cheapest way to do it.

I take your advice and register new store.
But I am still confuse and did not post any thing
about fee's and other google rules
1- How much eCrater charge fee
2- I have my PayPal account setup
3- What is google things works
4- How do I promote my store
