I enabled the setting for ebook downloads but it seems my buyers do not receive the link in the email confirmation or the "Thank You" page following purchase. Is there something I can do to fix this?
Does anyone else have this issue? And do you have to manually email the buyer the link? |

Once you enabled the setting for ebook downloads, did you go back and add the correct url link to each ebook item page in your admin? Is the url link you added located on the web where a customer can access the link? (You can't store the link on your personal computer, it must be located on the internet on you own web space.) If your answer is yes to both of these questions, I'd suggest you contact eCrater direct from the home page of eCrater at www.ecrater.com. |
