| You need to contact eCrater directly from the contact link on the home page https://ecrater.com . The community forum is primarily sellers helping sellers and most of the sellers who are active on the forum don't use the eBay importer. While the eCrater staff does monitor the forum and comment, for a case related to a single seller it is best handled with eCrater customer service. |
