I am trying to enter 0.350 in the product weight line and the system keeps changing it to 0.35. Postage wise there is a lot of difference between 35 grams and 350 grams. I don't know how to work around this. Any ideas. I've tried it several times. Solved the problem by entering 0.351 instead of 0.350 |

I've never tried to add anything to the weight field except items or pounds. You do have to enter pounds as a decimal and 0.35 would not be an even ounce on a pound system where 0.351 does equal 5 ounces. I realize you are trying to enter grams, but the system may be set to only accept the exact numbers that equal 1-15 ounces. You might want to ask eCRATER to be sure. |

35 grams should be entered as 0.035, not as 0.350. |
