Thanks. |

Just post your stuff, hell, there is no better place.
Go on a marathon, post 10,000 items over the weekend lolzz.
It is so nice the best place on the web to sell stuff.
You make it work, otherwise (like me) have stuff that is hard to sell and takes a long time. |

Thanks a better way. I will setup shop again after I get familiar with the setup. Can't sell it if no one can see it. |

Yes, eCRATER is up and running and things are selling. Your sales will depend on what you sell, how you make your listings and how much work you put into the process and promoting. |

Thanks. Of course I don't do anything that's easy. I sell old stuff. But I will try to make the best of it. My issue when I left before was the Google values. I hope the site has some for old stuff by now. |

I believe the main difference after 6 years is the EU and AUSTRALIA marketplaces that your items will be listed in automatically. I don't deal with international orders, so it took me awhile to figure out how to stop the international sales from coming through....and my 1st attempt did not resolve the issue.
If this is a concern for you as well, perhaps one of our fine helpers can go over the process of turning off those parameters. I know it was very simple, but It involved 2 separate maneuvers in the account preferences, if I recall correctly.
So true, cannot sell what isn't listed! Good luck! |

Currently your store is open for business with most countries available for sale with $0.00 shipping. The eCrater Terms of Service state you should have all shipping available at the time of purchase AND you can not ask for additional postage after the sale. If you do not wish to sell internationally you'll need to remove the countries from your Shipping Zones.
You also have active stores on the UK and AU sites. If you don't want these store, you'll need the follow the steps in the two topics listed below to remove all inventory from both store AND stop all future items from being listed there.

I don't think much as changed as far as the basics of listing and selling go. We have the option of paying graduated commission or no commission if you think you can drive your own traffic to your store. Did we have Stripe payment option when you were here before. |

@maggie, you're commenting to the original poster who started this topic in mid-august. It appears they never returned to their topic. They said they do not sell internationally, but their UK and AU stores were open and they indicated they sold to almost every country in the world. I pointed this out to them, gave directions on how to remove their UK/AU stores, and directions on how to remove the other international locations. Today, their store is still open for international sales, including a UK and AU store with zero shipping.
@leeyee, there are many topics on ways to promote your eCRATER store. Some sellers use the Promote Your Store topic here in the community with links for the search engines to use to link back to items in their eCRATER store. Some use pinterest, facebook, twitter, instagram, etc. |
