I'm trying to set up a new store and running into a ton of problems. Can anyone point me to the right forums to ask questions about shipping, SSL certificates, custom domain names, etc.?

I've tried searching the forums, but the searches keep dying with MySQL-style error messages before the results are displayed, a lot of the links to tutorials and other materials are dead ends, and I can't determine how to contact any kind of support people.
