Hello, I have very belligerent buyer, they thought the video game was digital, I explained it was not, that these are brand new factory cellophane wrapped games. The buyers language is so foul, I dare not post it. How do I avoid the negative feedback. I'm sure it is coming.
I have already paid postage, packaged the item and it is ready to go. But I know this is not going to go well. I am going to hold up shipping, (for a bit). Can you please advise me? Dalton
I can refund or ship the item, either way is good for me. What should i do? I can't find the refund or cancel button, can someone help me? |
