I have been looking for a way to change the tracking info that I put on an order. that label had to be voided and a new number placed. it is changed in Paypal. Also, sales have been great. GOOGLE ATTRIBUTES are the key.......

I'm sorry, but are you asking a question? If so could you please restate it. When you buy online postage, you will be issued the tracking number. If somehow the label is wrong, you have to void the label where you bought it and buy an entirely new label. You can't just use a different number, the whole label needs redone.

Are you asking about changing the label tracking number on your eCRATER order records? If so, I think you need to tell the eCRATER team what the order number is as well as the new tracking number. Then if they tell a way to do this ourselves, please share. I've never run into the problem.

Yes. I would like to change the tracking info I put on an order. It really is not that big of a deal. I have emailed the customer. Thanks for your help.

I email all my customers on eCRATER to let them know that I have shipped their order and to give them their DC#. You may still want to ask the eCRATER team to change it to the correct number in your orders so that down the road there will not be any problems with it, especially eCRATER has to check to be sure the item was delivered.
